Jury Awards $5.56 Million to Victim of Drunken Driving Collision
The intoxicated defendant was held responsible for running a stop sign and colliding with the plaintiff's car on Fisher Road in Orchard Park.

The defendants contested the severity of the 53 year old plaintiff's injury, even though she sustained disk herniations at multiple levels, was rendered unable to resume employment, and will experience permanent pain. The jury found liability against the defendant and assessed damages at $5.56 million.
