Motorist Injured in Collision by Car Running Red Light Awarded $1,940,000
The 32 year old plaintiff's car was struck at an intersection by an out-of-town motorist during the Taste of Buffalo. The plaintiff sustained hip fractures expected to require future hip replacement surgery.

The Beltz firm successfully argued that the plaintiff should be awarded judgment on liability, and the matter proceeded to trial on damages. After a two-week trial, the jury awarded damages for past and future suffering and medical care totaling $1,940,000.
